We can provide organic and inorganic coagulants, flocculants, odour control, pH correction, nutrients, antifoaming agents, sludge thickeners and solids dewatering chemicals.
These can be one-off, monthly, quarterly or annual reviews of the chemicals used on site, in which jar testing is involved to establish the optimum chemical treat rates. Reports are produced for the authorities to review that the wastewater is being monitored.
These are mainly focused around DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) Units or Lamella’s type systems but other systems can be evaluated too. Biological systems can also be monitored on a case by case.
These services are based on when a company has issues with meeting discharge consent limits, or the plant is not functioning properly, and the client needs advice, technical support or analysis of the wastewater to establish the way forward.
These will be worked on from the background stages of analysis and evaluations right the way through to proposal, installation, commissioning and staff training/monthly monitoring of chemicals etc.
